IOTA 69320 is a condensation-type one-component neutral dealcoholization thermally conductive adhesive. It is a white paste with an ultra-high thermal conductivity of 2.03 W/m·K and a density of 2.75 g/cm³, delivering excellent heat dissipation efficiency. Moisture-cured with titanium catalysis, it skins over in just 6–12 minutes. After curing, it offers a Shore hardness of 75±5, strong adhesion and high thermal stability. No mixing required, ready to use for efficient application. Suitable for LED lamp sealing, automotive equipment heat dissipation, PCB hot spot sealing, high-power transistor mounting, and gap filling between thyristor diodes and silver/copper substrates. Neutral and non-corrosive, it is the ideal choice for high-end electronics thermal bonding.
