IOTA H1400 is a one-component Si-O structured high-temperature sealant. It is a colorless, transparent liquid with a viscosity of 300 cps, offering good fluidity and easy application. It cures at 300°C for 2 hours, with long-term temperature resistance exceeding 325°C, delivering excellent aging and thermal shock resistance. The cured film shows no cracking or powdering after 50 hours aging at 400°C, nor after 50 thermal shock cycles from room temperature to 400°C, ensuring stable and reliable sealing at extreme high temperatures. Ideal for sealing high-temperature joints such as engine blades and hubs. Packaging is customizable from 0.5L to 10L. Shelf life is 6 months in cool and dry storage.
