IOTA 69102 is an addition-cure one-component thermally conductive adhesive. Its fluid consistency supports both screen printing and dispensing, with a low BLT design for stable heat dissipation in thin bond lines.
Thermal conductivity: 0.6 W/m·K; density: 1.40 g/cm³. It cures quickly at 150°C for 30 minutes to form a strong bond.
Cured Shore A hardness: 32±5; Al/Al shear strength: 1.5 MPa. Flexible with excellent adhesion and low thermal resistance change rate for long-term thermal stability.
