IOTA H11500 is a one-component, solvent-free polycarbosilane adhesive with medium-temperature fast curing. It cures fully in 2 hours at 220℃ and offers outstanding heat resistance above 1500℃, ideal for extreme high-temperature environments.
This gray adhesive has a viscosity of 3000–4000cps and delivers exceptional bonding strength on graphite, metals, ceramics and composite materials. Room-temperature bond strength exceeds 10MPa. Compressive shear strength reaches above 15MPa at 500–1000℃, and remains above 10MPa even at 1400℃, with no failure or pulverization at high temperatures.
Suitable for high-temperature bonding, sealing and high-temperature coating preparation. Packaging is customizable from 0.5L to 10L. Shelf life is 1 year when stored in cool and dry conditions. Combining ultra-high temperature resistance and super strength, it is the preferred solution for industrial furnaces, aerospace and high-temperature kilns.
