IOTA 69316 is a condensation-type, one-component, neutral dealcoholization thermally conductive silicone adhesive. It features a thermal conductivity of 0.82 W/m·K and presents as a white semi-fluid for smooth application.
Adopting moisture-curing and titanium-catalyzed system, it skins over in only 2–4 minutes. After curing, Shore hardness reaches 50±5, with firm adhesion and stable thermal performance. No mixing required, ready to use, greatly improving production efficiency.
With a density of 1.65 g/cm³, it is ideal for LED lamp sealing, automotive equipment heat dissipation, PCB and electronic component positioning and sealing, high-power transistor fixing, and gap filling between thyristor diodes and silver/copper substrates.
