IOTA H21400 is a two-component solvent-free borosilazane adhesive with medium-temperature fast curing. It cures in 2 hours at 170℃ and cools with the furnace, offering excellent heat resistance up to 1300–1500℃ for extreme high-temperature environments.This gray adhesive has a viscosity of 3000–4000cps and provides strong bonding to graphite, metals, ceramics and composite materials. Bond strength at room temperature is over 5MPa. Compressive shear strength remains above 8MPa from 400℃ to 1000℃, and still exceeds 2MPa at 1500℃.It is used for high-temperature bonding, sealing and high-temperature resistant coating preparation. Packaging is customizable from 0.5L to 10L. Shelf life is 1 year in cool and dry conditions. Ammonia may release upon opening after long storage; use in a ventilated area is recommended.
