IOTA 69337 is a condensation-type, one-component, neutral dealcoholization thermally conductive silicone adhesive. It is a white paste with a density of 1.65 g/cm³ and thermal conductivity of 0.81 W/m·K, featuring flame retardancy V-0 and stable performance.Moisture-cured, it has a surface dry time of 10–20 minutes and a Shore hardness of 70±5 after curing, providing strong bonding and sealing. No mixing required, ready to use.It is suitable for LED lamp sealing, automotive electronic heat dissipation, PCB and electronic component positioning and sealing, as well as gap filling for high-power transistors, thyristor/diode modules with aluminum/copper substrates. Neutral and non-corrosive, it is an ideal choice for electronics, lighting and automotive applications.
