IOTA 69102 is an addition-cured one-component thermally conductive adhesive designed for high-efficiency heat dissipation and bonding. It supports screen printing and dispensing processes, features low BLT, low thermal resistance change rate, and remains flexible after curing without cracking. With a thermal conductivity of 0.6 W/m·K, it is a free-flowing fluid for easy processing, density 1.40 g/cm³, fast curing at 150℃ for 30 minutes, Shore A hardness 32±5, and Al/Al shear strength up to 1.5 MPa. It is suitable for bonding plastic and metal plates in automotive electronics, heat dissipation and fixing of heating devices / MOS tubes, bonding and fixing of heating elements and crystals, as well as mechanical sealing.
