IOTAR 31800F is a three-component silicone polymer sealant putty with solvent and solid content >50%. It is black paste with viscosity 1000~3000cps for easy application. It fully cures in 2 days at room temperature and offers certain elasticity after curing, suitable for gap sealing between composites, metals and ceramics. The product features excellent ultra-high temperature resistance, able to withstand oxyacetylene flame at 1600-1800℃ for more than 5 minutes without seal failure. Packaging supports customization from 0.5L to 10L plastic drums. Shelf life is 1 year when stored in cool and dry place, and operation should be conducted in ventilated environment. Ideal for harsh ultra-high temperature conditions such as aerospace, industrial furnaces and high-temperature equipment, it is a reliable solution for high-temperature gap sealing.
