IOTA 3922A silicone adhesive is specially designed for the production of fire-resistant mica tapes and pressure-sensitive tapes. It features high temperature resistance, good flexibility, excellent insulation and moisture resistance, low smoke, non-toxicity, no carbon deposition at high temperatures, and stable weather resistance. It delivers outstanding bonding and anchoring performance, outperforming similar foreign products overall.It appears as a colorless/pale yellow transparent liquid, with viscosity ≥30,000 cP at 25℃ and solid content of 60±2%, ensuring smooth application. As a fast-curing adhesive, it has a short curing time and strong adhesion. The cured mica tape is non-tacky and flexible.It is diluted with toluene/xylene to a concentration of 18–20%, and can be rapidly cured with BPO/DPP curing agent. Sealed in 200kg iron drums, it has a 6-month shelf life when stored at 0–35℃ and should be handled as flammable goods. It is an ideal choice for high-end fire-resistant insulation materials.
