IOTA 61102 is a pure methyl silicone resin, colorless or pale yellow transparent liquid with no impurities. It has a viscosity of 14–40s (Ford Cup No.4) and solid content of 50%, with customizable gel time of 5–50min at 200℃. Featuring high temperature resistance, insulation, moisture-proofing and waterproofing, it has high curing degree and low volatility. It is an ideal adhesive for high-temperature mica boards and glass cloth laminates, and can also be used for wear-resistant polishing of stone. Packed in 200kg iron drums or 50kg plastic drums, it has a 6-month shelf life when stored away from light below 35℃, and should be handled as flammable goods.
