IOTA RH3400 is a solvent-free three-component silicone-modified cyanate ester adhesive in dark gray paste form, with a temperature resistance of 300–400℃ and excellent bonding performance. It has a room-temperature lap shear strength of over 8MPa, maintains full strength after aging at -40℃, and retains above 7MPa at 200℃, suitable for harsh high and low temperature environments. It can cure in 5–7 days at room temperature or rapidly cure in 3 hours at 130℃, with a working time of 40 minutes. Ideal for bonding metals, ceramics and composite materials. Custom packaging from 0.5L to 10L is available. Shelf life is 1 year in cool and dry conditions; use in a ventilated area for safety.
