IOTA H31000 silazane adhesive features excellent temperature resistance of 800-1000℃ with stable performance in high-temperature working conditions! It is a solvent-free, dark gray three-component adhesive with a room temperature bonding strength of over 12MPa, and maintains stable bonding force at 400℃ and 600℃ without debonding or failure under high temperatures. It can be cured with the furnace at 170℃ for 2 hours and put into use directly after cooling, boasting efficient construction that fits the rhythm of industrial production. It enables bonding and sealing between metals, ceramics and composite materials, and can also be used to prepare high-temperature resistant coatings. Custom packaging from 0.5L to 10L is available with a 1-year shelf life when stored in a cool and dry place, making it an ideal choice for high-temperature industrial bonding.
