Silicone adhesives are bonding materials that form films via siloxane bonds, boasting core properties like excellent resistance to high and low temperatures, aging, water and moisture. They’re ubiquitous, from daily home use to industrial production.
Retaining stable performance at -60℃ to 200℃, they rarely crack or debond from outdoor exposure or temperature fluctuations, making them a staple for window/door sealing and home appliance bonding. Solvent-free, eco-friendly variants are also safe for sealing food-contact utensils.
Available in room-temperature and medium-temperature curing types, they’re easy to apply and bond most materials—metals, glass, ceramics, plastics, etc. They also work for sealing, potting and coating needs.
Store in a cool, dry place; use promptly after opening and reseal unused adhesive to avoid moisture compromising stickiness. Note that grades vary in temperature resistance and strength: choose general-purpose types for home use, and high-temperature special grades for industrial high-heat scenarios—select based on your needs for best results.
