In the last week of January, China's silicone market is expected to maintain a stable operation trend. On the supply side, silicone monomer manufacturers kept their operating rates at a low level. Coupled with sufficient forward sales orders in hand, the manufacturers faced little pressure on product shipments and had a strong willingness to maintain prices. At present, the mainstream quotation range of silicone DMC stood at 13,800-14,000 yuan per ton. Looking back at the market trend, since November 12, 2025, core silicone products such as DMC, raw rubber, 107 rubber and silicone oil have undergone three rounds of price increases, with a single product price rising by 2,500-3,000 yuan per ton, and this round of price hike cycle has lasted for more than two months. For midstream and downstream enterprises, the low-cost inventories from the early stage have been basically exhausted, and most of them are now organizing production with high-cost raw materials. Affected by this, the pressure of price increases has been gradually transmitted to the downstream, and the prices of products such as silicone sealant and high-temperature resistant adhesive have also been steadily raised. It is worth noting that on January 26, Dow's price adjustment policy for its high-performance construction business products, with an increase range of 5%-10%, was officially implemented. On the demand side, the pre-holiday winter stocking activities are still in progress. The extended order scheduling cycle of some monomer manufacturers has prompted downstream enterprises to increase their spot replenishment efforts to ensure the timely delivery of their own orders. Against this background, the trading volume of high-priced silicone spot goods has shown a marked upward trend recently.
