When selecting an adhesive, first ensure it meets environmental protection requirements, then comprehensively consider its performance in three aspects: pre-curing performance, curing performance, and post-curing performance.
Since two-component adhesives require mixing in an appropriate ratio within a specific timeframe, which increases process complexity, one-component systems should be preferred.
Colored adhesives that are easily distinguishable from solder mask and circuit board materials are preferred. This allows for quick identification of missing components, adhesive dosage, solder pad/component contamination, and voids, facilitating process control.
