Still troubled by insufficient heat resistance and insulation performance of mica tapes? IOTA 3922A silicone resin specially designed for mica tapes makes a grand debut. With outstanding performance, it has become the preferred material for manufacturing fire-resistant and pressure-sensitive tapes!
This silicone resin combines high heat resistance with a soft texture, boasting excellent insulation and moisture-proof effects. It is low-smoke, non-toxic, and highly stable, resisting high temperatures without carbonization. Its weather resistance, moisture resistance, and electrical insulation properties are top-tier. Additionally, it features superior adhesion, bonding force, and cohesive force, outperforming similar foreign products and laying a solid foundation for tape quality.
The product appears as a colorless or pale yellow homogeneous liquid with no mechanical impurities. It meets strict technical standards, including a solid content of 60±2% and a viscosity of not less than 30,000 cp. As a fast-drying adhesive, it has a short curing time and strong holding power. After curing, the mica tape remains dry and soft, eliminating the risk of adhesion.
Compatible with toluene and xylene solvents, it can be used with a mixing concentration of 18~20% and 1.0-3.0% curing agent (BPO or DPP), ensuring easy operation. Packaged in sealed 200kg iron drums, it can be stored in a dark environment at 0~35℃ for 6 months. Expired products can still be used if inspected qualified, making storage and transportation safe and worry-free.
From fire-resistant mica tapes to pressure-sensitive tapes, IOTA 3922A unlocks high-quality bonding with its robust performance, making it a powerful choice to enhance product competitiveness!
