Hits: 458 img

IOTA H11500 is a gray, one-component borosilazane-based adhesive with no solvents. It features medium-temperature curing, short curing time, and excellent high-temperature resistance, capable of withstanding temperatures ranging from 1300℃ to 1500℃. Its viscosity is 3000~4000cp. In terms of performance, when used for bonding graphite materials, its room-temperature bonding strength exceeds 5MPa, and its compression shear strength exceeds 8MPa at 400℃, 800℃, and 1000℃ respectively, while still maintaining a compression shear strength of over 2MPa at 1500℃.
The curing conditions for this product are as follows: heat it to 170℃ along with the furnace, cure for 2 hours, and then cool it down with the furnace. It can be used for bonding and sealing between metals, ceramics, or composite materials, and also for preparing high-temperature resistant coating materials. For packaging, 0.5L~10L plastic barrels are available according to customer requirements. During storage, it should be placed in a cool and dry place, with a shelf life of 1 year. A note for use: if the base adhesive is left unused for a long time, ammonia gas may escape when the bottle cap is opened, so it is recommended to use it in a well-ventilated environment.
