IOTA RH3400C Modified Cyanate Ester Adhesive

IOTA RH3400C is a three-component, solvent-free silicone-modified cyanate ester adhesive with a gray-black appearance. It features a temperature resistance range of 300-400℃ and a viscosity of approximately 3500cp, suitable for bonding metals, ceramics and composite materials.
The product combines flexible curing and high strength: it can cure at room temperature in 5-7 days, while heating at 130℃ for 3 hours shortens curing time and enhances strength. Its room-temperature lap shear strength exceeds 8MPa, remains over 8MPa after 1-hour aging at -40℃, reaches over 7MPa at 200℃, and stays above 1MPa at 300℃. It is packaged in 0.5L-10L plastic buckets, customizable as needed.
Notes for use: Working time is 40 minutes; construction in a well-ventilated environment is recommended. Base adhesive and curing agent should be stored in a cool, dry place with a 1-year shelf life. With excellent high/low temperature resistance and strong adhesion, it is practical for multi-material bonding scenarios requiring temperature and strength performance.
