The Application of Different Types of Adhesives in the Electronic Industry
Hits: 489 img
Epoxy adhesives: The most widely used in the electronic industry, due to their strong versatility, excellent adhesion, wide adaptability, ease of use, good electrical properties and aging resistance.
Silicone adhesives: Suitable for scenarios requiring flexibility, wide temperature range, high frequency, high temperature and resistance to atmospheric pollution.
Hot-melt adhesives: Can be used under conditions requiring fast assembly, low strength and moderate operating temperatures.
Acrylate adhesives: Acrylate adhesives are selected mainly for their excellent electrical properties, stability, good aging resistance, transparency and fast curing speed.
Polyurethane adhesives: Remain flexible, tough and firm from low temperatures up to 121°C.
Precoated polyvinyl butyral (PVB): Can form tough and easy-to-assemble joints.
