This IOTA H21500 polycarbosilane-based adhesive effectively solves bonding problems in high-temperature environments.
It is a two-component gray product with no solvents, making it easy to use. With a viscosity ranging from 3000 to 4000cp, its performance is stable and reliable. Curing is convenient - it can be completed in 2 hours at 220℃, saving time and improving efficiency.
What's most impressive is its temperature resistance, as it can withstand temperatures exceeding 1500℃. Take graphite material bonding as an example: the room-temperature bonding strength exceeds 10MPa, the compressive shear strength at 500℃ and 900℃ can exceed 15MPa, at 1100℃ it exceeds 12MPa, and even at 1400℃, it can remain above 10MPa, showing excellent strength.
It is capable of bonding and sealing metals, ceramics, or composite materials, and can also be used to prepare high-temperature resistant coating materials. The packaging can be chosen from 0.5L to 10L plastic buckets according to requirements. Storage is simple - just keep it in a cool and dry place, and it has a shelf life of 1 year.
If you have high-temperature bonding or sealing needs, this adhesive is a great choice.
