IOTA RH3400C is a gray-black, solvent-free three-component silicone-modified cyanate ester adhesive, designed for bonding various materials, which is practical and reliable.
It has excellent temperature resistance and can work stably in an environment of 300-400℃. It is capable of bonding metals, ceramics or composite materials, with a wide range of applications.
The bonding strength is reassuring. The room temperature lap shear strength exceeds 8MPa, and even after aging at -40℃ for 1 hour, the room temperature strength remains above 8MPa; the lap shear strength at 200℃ is greater than 7MPa, and it can reach more than 1MPa at 300℃, easily meeting the bonding needs in different temperature environments.
The curing method is flexible. It can be cured at room temperature, which takes 5-7 days to complete; if you want to shorten the time, curing at 130℃ for 3 hours is also feasible. The operating time is 40 minutes, facilitating construction.
In terms of packaging, it can be provided in 0.5L to 10L plastic buckets according to customer requirements, meeting different dosage needs. The base adhesive and curing agent only need to be stored in a cool and dry place, with a shelf life of 1 year, making storage convenient.
When using, it should be noted that the operation should be carried out in a well-ventilated environment to ensure safety.
