IOTA 69102 is an addition-type one-component thermal conductive adhesive material with a number of practical features, capable of meeting bonding needs in various scenarios.
It supports stencil printing and dispensing operations, offering flexible and convenient application methods. In terms of performance, it has low BLT characteristics, excellent bonding effect, and fast curing speed. It can cure and form bonding in 30 minutes at 150°C. Meanwhile, it has a low thermal resistance change rate and certain flexibility, which can adapt to application needs in different environments.
In terms of technical parameters, the thermal conductivity of this material is 0.6 W/m·k, the state is fluid, the density is 1.40 g/cm³, the hardness (shoreA) after curing is 32±5, and the shear strength (Al/Al) reaches 1.5 MPa.
It has a wide range of applications, including bonding between plastic shells and aluminum plates of automotive electronic devices, thermal conductive bonding and fixing of heating devices or MOS tubes, bonding of heating elements and fixing and bonding of wafers, as well as bonding and sealing of casings. It is a practical thermal conductive adhesive material.
