IOTA 69316 is a condensation-type one-component thermal conductive bonding material, belonging to silicone thermal conductive adhesive. It has reliable performance and is easy to use.


It is in the form of white semi-fluid, with a density of 1.65g/cm³ and a thermal conductivity of 0.82W/m·k, which means good thermal conductivity. The surface drying time is only 2-4 minutes, and the hardness after drying is 50±5 Shore, featuring fast curing and appropriate hardness.


It adopts titanium catalysis and is formic acid releasing type, with a wide range of application scenarios: it can be used for sealing LED lamps, heat dissipation positioning and sealing of automotive electronic components, PCB boards and electronic components, as well as filling the gaps between high-power triodes, thyristor diodes and substrates such as aluminum and copper.


It can meet the bonding and heat dissipation needs of electronic equipment, lamps, automotive electronics and other related fields, and is a practical thermal conductive bonding material.
