Functional Solvent-free Adhesives
Solvent-free adhesives should develop towards functional products. For example, research and development should be carried out on products that are resistant to the corrosion of benzene, toluene, xylene, esters, surfactant, mixed solutions of organic solvents with DMF content less than 20%, pesticides, etc.
UV-curable Solvent-free Adhesives
In addition to the characteristics of fast curing speed, product transparency, high peeling strength, and good flexibility of the finished adhesive, UV-curable solvent-free adhesives also have the advantages of being solvent-free, non-toxic, non-corrosive, energy-saving and environmentally friendly. They can be used for the rapid solvent-free lamination of materials such as plastic/plastic, plastic/paper, and plastic/metal film. Currently, UV-curable solvent-free adhesives have already been developed, but greater research and development efforts are still needed to introduce more mature products to the market.
Solvent-free Adhesives for Other Industries
Develop solvent-free adhesives applied to industries such as textiles and automotive interiors, as well as solvent-free adhesives used for the lamination of paper (including kraft paper, cardboard, ordinary paper)/plastic (various transparent films, aluminized films, aluminum foils).
