  1. For AB-component adhesives, please follow the ratio requirements in the instruction manual when mixing.
  2. For AB-component adhesives, make sure to stir them evenly before use. There should be no dead corners, otherwise it will not cure.
  3. The material to be bonded must be cleaned thoroughly and there should be no moisture (except for underwater curing adhesives).
  4. To achieve high bonding strength, the material to be bonded should be sanded as much as possible.
  5. The quality of the design of the bonding joint determines the level of the bonding strength.
  6. When using the adhesive, it must be mixed and used immediately. Do not leave it for too long. If it is a fast-curing adhesive, it is generally not advisable to exceed 2 minutes.
  7. If high strength and fast curing are required, it can be heated depending on the situation. When applying the adhesive, it should not be too thick. Generally, 0.5mm is appropriate. The thicker the adhesive, the worse the bonding effect.
  8. When bonding objects, it is best to apply pressure or use fixtures to fix them.
  9. To make the strength higher, it is best to leave the bonded objects for 24 hours after bonding.
  10. For single-component solvent-based or water-based adhesives, make sure to stir them evenly when using.
  11. For solvent-based products, after applying the adhesive, it must be left to dry until it is not too sticky to the touch before bonding.
