Surface treatment of adhesive-riveted parts
After the formed 30CrMnSiA angle section is surface-treated, before bonding, use an organic solvent to wipe the bonding surface (which should be 1 to 2 times larger than the gluing area) twice respectively. Replace the silk cloth each time you wipe once. After wiping, let it stand to dry. Finally, use a clean silk cloth to wipe the bonding surface once to remove the residual traces of the solvent.

Surface treatment of aluminum plates
After the surface of an aluminum plate with a thickness of 1mm is anodized, spray a coating that has the characteristics of both good adhesion to the metal surface and good compatibility with the sealant. Control the thickness of the coating at 10 to 15um. Before bonding, wipe and clean it with a solvent again, and let it dry.
