(1)Epoxy resin adhesive
1. Epoxy resin has the characteristics of high mechanical properties, dense chemical structure and strong cohesion, so epoxy resin adhesive has excellent bonding properties.
2. The volume shrinkage and linear expansion coefficient of epoxy resin are small, so the internal stress of this adhesive is small and its craftsmanship is extremely strong.
3. Epoxy resin basically does not produce low molecular weight volatiles when cured, so it has good electrical properties.
4. Epoxy resin does not contain salt, alkali and other impurities, so the possibility of deterioration is extremely low, so it has extremely strong stability.
5. However, the heat resistance of epoxy resin is average, and its adhesion to materials with low polarity (such as PP, PP, fluoroplastics, etc.) is small. Surface activation treatment must be carried out first.

(2)Polyurethane adhesive
1. Polyurethane has a wide hardness range, high mechanical properties, wear resistance and high impact resistance, giving polyurethane adhesives the same performance.
2. Polyurethane adhesive has excellent flexibility and elasticity under low temperature conditions.
3. Polyurethane adhesive has good weather resistance, oil resistance and aging resistance.
4. However, due to the special chemical structure of polyurethane, adhesives such as polyurethane cannot be used in high temperature and high humidity environments during the gluing process.

(3)silicone
Silicone is the most widely used adhesive on the market.
1. Silicone has good electrical properties, wide applicable temperature range, good flexibility and low stress.
2. Silicone does not release heat when curing, and has low toxicity and small shrinkage after curing. It is very popular among workers who use adhesives.
3. Silica gel has stable chemical properties and corrosion resistance.
