IOTA 3922A is a fast-curing, high-bond, high-performance silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive. It offers excellent heat resistance, insulation, moisture resistance and aging resistance, is low-smoke and eco-friendly, and produces no carbon deposits at high temperatures, making it suitable for high-end electrical tapes and fire-resistant materials.The product has stable physical properties: density 1.0±0.02 g/cm³, solid content 60±2%, high viscosity and uniform film formation. It is easy to apply and cures quickly, with a soft, non-tacky adhesive layer. Its overall performance exceeds similar imported products.During application, dissolve the curing agent in solvent first, then mix with the adhesive and stir evenly before coating. Packed in 200kg iron drums and stored away from light at room temperature, with a 6-month shelf life. It is widely used in mica tape and pressure-sensitive tape production, offering stable reliability and outstanding cost performance.
